CLMRS Personnel play a central role in the implementation of Child Labour Monitoring and Remediation Systems (CLMRS), providing ongoing support and guidance to households in cocoa-growing communities. Ensuring they are properly trained is therefore critical to the quality and effectiveness of CLMRS implementation.
This curriculum provides a structured pedagogical framework for designing, adapting and improving training programmes for CLMRS Personnel. Drawing on ICI’s experience implementing CLMRS in cocoa-growing regions in Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana, it outlines the key skills to be strengthened, the priority topics to be covered, and good practices for training, assessment and continuous improvement.
