Members of the Board provide crucial governance, oversight and strategic advice to our operations. The Board is led by ICI’s Co-Presidents; Mil Niepold, an independent expert, and Isabelle Adam, corporate relations at Touton.
Our Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is comprised of ICI’s Co-Presidents, one industry board member, one civil society board member, and ICI’s treasurer. The Committee is responsible for enacting decisions made by ICI’s Board in support of the organisation’s objectives.
ICI’s membership comprises both industry players (farming cooperatives, cocoa traders, cocoa processors, and cocoa and chocolate manufacturers) and non-industry organisations (Civil Society Organisations, certification bodies, farmer representations). They support ICI’s core activities and the achievement of the strategy. To find out more about ICI’s members please see here.
