At the International Cocoa Initiative, our teams in Switzerland, Côte d'Ivoire and Ghana have a wide variety of backgrounds and expertise, coming together to advance the rights of children and adults in cocoa-growing communities. Where next

The ICI Board is comprised of ten cocoa industry members (manufacturers, processors, traders, and retailers) and eight civil society organisations, including independent experts.

Our vision is of thriving cocoa-growing communities within a dignified, sustainable and responsibly managed cocoa supply chain, where child rights and human rights are protected and respected, and where child labour and forced labour have been eliminated.
