    Hazardous child labour activity framework for Ghana (HAF) - 2026
    The ILO Convention 182 requires each country through tripartite arrangements to develop a list of hazardous sectors and activities guided by ILO recommendation 190. Although section 91 of the Children’s Act (Act 560) provides a list of hazardous child labour activities, the list is limited and not in full conformity with ILO Convention 182 and its recommendation.

    ICI Briefing: Côte d’Ivoire National Action Plan To Fight Trafficking, Exploitation And Child Labour 2025-2029
    Côte d'Ivoire launched the 2025–2029 National Action Plan (NAP) to combat child trafficking, exploitation and labour on 4 June 2025. It focuses on three priority areas: improving children's access to basic social services, reducing the socio-economic vulnerability of families, and strengthening the institutional and legal framework for combating child labour.
