Produced by the Cocoa Research Institute of Ghana and the World Cocoa Foundation, this report focuses on land tenure and cocoa productivity in Ghana. The report finds that most cocoa farms are managed by their owners, with respondents managing up to seven different cocoa farms in different locations. It recommends strengthening resources to conduct GPS mapping of cocoa farms as well as developing innovative approaches to recapitalizing old or diseased cocoa farms.
