The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe presents models guidelines to assist OSCE States and partners to put in place measures to prevent human trafficking for the purposes of labour in public supply chains. The guidelines place a focus on the implementation of legislation and policies to promote transparency as a means to ensure that supply chains are free from trafficked labour and also based on the fair and ethical recruitment of labour.
