Tiekou Gnomblei Philbert

Philbert is an Ivorian national and holds a University Diploma in Technology (DUT) in Human Resources and Communication. He has an extensive experience of nine years in the Community field. Before joining ICI as Technical Agent at Oupoyo, he worked at Gbapleu. Philbert was team leader on the Ebola program at the Non-Governmental Organization Action Against Hunger (ACF).
