Barry Callebaut, the world's largest cocoa and chocolate processor, has pledged to lift 500,000 farmers out of extreme poverty and eradicate child labour from its supply chain under an initiative to source fully sustainable cocoa by 2025.
This pledge comes at the launch of a new sustainability strategy named 'Forever Chocolate'.
