Joyce chose a path few young women around her had taken. Instead of following expectations, she pursued a skill that matched her ambition. Today, she is gaining practical skills, earning an income, and building a future on her own terms. With funding from Cargill and technical support from ICI, Joyce is learning tile laying and turning her training into real opportunities.
