    This analysis provides an overview of relevant national legislation and policies aiming to protect children from child labour in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It includes comparisons and linkages with international norms and standards on child labour, with a focus on those most applicable to child labour in agriculture and the cocoa sector. The analysis builds on the national constitution, existing laws and conventions ratified in the country, existing good practice, and recent countrywide studies of child labour to propose a list of hazardous activities, which could be included in surveys

    ICI summary of the Ghana Accelerated Action Plan Against Child Labour 2023 - 2027
    Building on the 2009-2015 and the 2017-2021 National Plans of Action (NPA), the Ghana Accelerated Action Plan Against Child Labour 2023-2027 (GAAPACL) sets out the framework for the national strategic and implementation plan for combating the worst forms of child labour in all sectors.     Child labour monitoring through locally based agents
    Two core activities of a Child Labour Monitoring and Remediation System (CLMRS) are to raise awareness amongst farming families on harm resulting from child labour; and to identify children in, or at risk of child labour through an active monitoring process.
