The elimination of child labour and its root causes – the guidance offered by the ILO MNE Declaration
This brief, prepared by the ILO, seeks to raise awareness on the root causes of child labour. The role of social protection in the elimination of child labour: Evidence review and policy implications
This report by ILO and UNICEF provides an overview of the latest research on social protection and child labour. Key messages: Providing families with direct assistance can help alleviate the stressors linked to poverty and vulnerability that underlie the use of child labour.
