    This report, commissioned by the International Cocoa Initiative (ICI) and conducted by Christophe Lecureuil of CLC Consultant and Glenn O’Neil of Owl RE, evaluates ICI’s influencing work between 2015 and 2020.     This study, produced by the Transport & Infrastructure Expertise Group for the European Commission, analyses the root causes of child labour in the cocoa supply chain in Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana and seeks to identify gaps to be addressed.
