Rozenn Aberlin

Rozenn joined ICI in March 2020 to manage specific HR projects and initiatives to support the achievement of ICI’s new 2021-2026 strategic goals. She is a compensation and benefits professional, MBA qualified, with a broad HR project management experience gained over +15 years in HR consulting (Deloitte, Mercer) working for various multinational organisations (private, public and NGO) and in corporate environments.
