Parfait, an Ivorian national, joined ICI in June 2021 as a Technical Agent based in Méagui. He holds a BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) in commercial management from the Centre Bureautique de Communication et de Gestion de Treichville (CBCG). Before joining ICI, he was director of the Anouanzè Agricultural Cooperative of Manzanouan producers (COOPAAPROMAN) in Agniblélékro.
