Erica serves as Administrative Assistant at ICI, leveraging her background in Human Resource to support efficient office operations and foster a positive workplace culture. She applies her expertise in organizational processes and employee relations to ensure smooth administrative functions and enhance team engagement. 

Erica holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana and brings expertise in coordination and organizational support to her role. Prior to joining ICI, she gained valuable experience in human relations and event management as an intern and coordinator at Purple Twirl Events.  

Her ultimate professional objective is to enhance positive engagement among all in ICI and guarantee overall workplace satisfaction.
