Grace Nana Adwoa Banasam 

Grace is Field Supervisor at ICI. With professional experience in the humanitarian and development sector through joint services with local government and Civil Society Organizations in cocoa and cashew Farming communities. 

In her current and previous roles as a field staff, Grace has gained valuable expertise in promoting education, rights and responsibilities and the overall well-being of children. She has also contributed to enhancing child development, improving household livelihoods, and identifying, monitoring, and implementing remediation measures for child labour cases. 

Her passion lies in contributing to the elimination of Child Labour with a system enhanced through participatory monitoring, prevention and remediation.
