This paper is the third in a series published by the International Labour Organization (ILO) that synthesizes the knowledge and experience acquired from implementation of the West African Cocoa and Commercial Agriculture Project to Combat Hazardous and Exploitive Child Labour (WACAP). It provides a synthesis of WACAP experiences related to emerging successful strategies and challenges encountered in interventions designed to remove children from work and transition them into education or training.
