Festus Kwadzokpo

Festus holds a Master of Social Sciences Degree in Development Planning from the University of Tromso, Norway, and a Professional Executive Master in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). He is a development practitioner, a certified arbitrator, mediator, and conciliator.

Festus joined ICI Ghana on 01.11.21 as the Partnership & Capacity Strengthening Manager combining over 20 years of experience working with the public sector, NGOs, and international developmental institutions. Prior to joining ICI, Festus worked as the Capacity Building Specialist on the USAID-funded Agriculture Policy Project and later as the Focal Point Specialist for the GIZ-supported African Cocoa Platform in Ghana.
