Nicholas Adu
Field Supervisor

Nicholas joined ICI in 2025 as a Field Supervisor based in Sefwi Debiso. He supports the implementation of ICI’s apprenticeship programme in his operational areas, including trainee enrolment, follow-up and monitoring, and coordination of programme activities.  

He also helps maintain effective communication between ICI, regional stakeholders and district authorities, does community-level awareness raising child labour and forced labour, and coaches community grievance committees. 

Before joining ICI, Nicholas worked as a field enumerator with Touton SA, Farmerline and Tradepod Company Ltd, where he built strong experience in CLMRS and socio-economic data collection.  

Nicholas holds a BSc in Laboratory Technology from the University of Cape Coast. Fluent in English and Asante Twi, he enjoys listening to music and watching movies in his free time.
