Thomas Peprah Adjei

Thomas Peprah Adjei serves as a field supervisor at ICI. Thomas is a dedicated agricultural professional with expertise in community engagement, agroforestry, and sustainable agriculture across cocoa-growing regions. 

Being joining the International Cocoa Initiative, he gained valuable experience at Fairtrade Africa, where he developed supported project coordination and stakeholder engagement activities while implementing human rights-based approaches.  

Thomas is passionate about building safe, inclusive, and climate-resilient communities through proactive field engagement and data-informed interventions, striving to enhance both community well-being and agricultural sustainability.
