Nancy Aguteba

Nancyjoins ICI as Training and Child Safeguarding Manager, leading efforts to integrate child safeguarding measures across all operations in Ghana. She also supports the development of awareness rasing tools and training materials, Nancy conducts trainings on child and forced labour, and supports risk assessments and reporting mechanisms.  

With expertise in project management, training, advocacy and stakeholder engagement, Nancy has worked with Shea Network Ghana and Youth Challenge International, advancing gender equality through training and advocacy campaigns. She recently served as Data Quality Monitor at Ghana Statistical Service. Passionate about social change, Nancy leverages her skills to drive meaningful impact.
