In this fourth annual report on Tulane University's activities under the contract with the United States Department of Labor (USDoL), further analysis of data from the first three years, additional data collected in the fourth contract year, as well as the results of capacity building and information sharing conferences and trainings held in the U.S., Côte d'Ivoire and Ghana are presented.
