This report, prepared by UNICEF, an ICI board advisor, explores how the cocoa sector impacts children's rights in Côte d’Ivoire. Its principal objective was to develop key points of discussion with businesses, the cocoa industry, civil society, and governments on how ensure children's rights are protected along the cocoa supply chain. It highlights a need for a holistic view of children's rights and of child labour, while pressing the need for 'shared responsibility' when taking action.
