Sadick is a Field Supervisor based in the Manso Amanfi Central District, where he helps establish child protection structures and works closely with local authorities, schools, and community groups to create safe and supportive environments for children.
Before joining ICI, he worked with the Asunafo Cooperative Cocoa Farmers and Marketing Union Limited as a Monitoring and Remediation Assistant, supporting awareness campaigns, data validation, training sessions, and the remediation of children involved in child labour.
Sadick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and has received additional training in child rights and safeguarding. Passionate about child protection and community development, he enjoys watching football and listening to music in his free time.
