Mike joined ICI in March 2017 as Country Director for Ghana. He leads the implementation of ICI’s strategy and programme activities, as well as building partnerships with government, regulators, diplomatic institutions, multilateral organisations, cocoa and chocolate companies and civil society organizations.
Trained by KPMG as an auditor and governance expert, Mike brings over 20 years of experience in international development. He has more than 19 years in finance and operations roles across Africa and the Middle East. From 2014 to 2017, Mike also served as Vice-President of a university college in Ghana.
He brings to ICI a strong technical background, cross-cultural leadership experience, and a deep commitment to child protection and sustainable development.
