Michael is Field Supervisor currently working on the LINDT Project. In this role, he provides technical field supervision and mentorship to CLMRS Agents, ensuring the integrity of data collection, the effectiveness of child-centered awareness-raising activities, and the accurate delivery of remediation support.
He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and is certified as a Quality Management System Lead Auditor. Michael also conducts community and household sensitization on child labour and works closely with stakeholders to promote and strengthen child protection efforts in his districts.
Driven by a strong passion for creating sustainable change in cocoa-growing communities, Michael is committed to improving the well-being of children and families through his work.
He is fluent in English, Twi, and Ga, and enjoys music, movies, and sightseeing in his spare time.
