Elizabeth joined ICI in October 2024, bringing a strong background in agriculture and development work. A graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, she has over five years of experience in data collection, community development, and field coordination. Elizabeth began her journey at ICI as a Field Supervisor on the Alliance for Change project, collaborating with parents and teachers to promote child welfare and eliminate child labour.
She currently serves as a Field Supervisor in the Kwahu East District, working on the Lindt project. Elizabeth has also worked with Ghana’s Ministry of Food and Agriculture as an Assistant Field Officer and with the African Institute for Development Research and Evaluation (AIDRE) as a Field Enumerator on the OYE/CFW projects. Prior to her role at ICI, Elizabeth served as District Sustainability Manager at ECOM, where she coordinated field activities.
