Charles is the Project Manager for the Nestlé Beyond Beans Child Labour Monitoring and Remediation System (CLMRS) projects, overseeing the implementation and coordination of the projects in Ghana. He joined ICI as a Field Associate on the same project, working across six districts in the Ashanti Region, based in Asante Bekwai.
He brings extensive experience in development work, having served in roles such as Project Coordinator for the ILO/IPEC Cocoa Community Project, Project Officer for the Ghana Adolescent Reproductive Health Project, and M&E Officer for the HIV Stigmatization Project.
Charles is passionate about child protection (with specialties in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy; Child Rights and Protection Law etc) and enjoys engaging directly with local communities to create lasting, positive change.
