Candy Frimpong

Candy Frimpong joined ICI in July 2023, bringing with her a solid background in development work. A graduate of the University of Ghana, she has over five years of experience in development planning, project management and, more specifically, monitoring and evaluation.

At ICI, Candy currently leads the design, implementation and management of monitoring and evaluation systems, ensuring effective programme assessment, learning and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining ICI, Candy served as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at World Vision Ghana, where she played an integral role in supporting impactful projects.
