ICI is seeking a consultant to conduct a quantitative endline survey of child labour prevalence among a random sample of approximately 2100 households, spread across 42 communities in Ghana.
The consultant conducting the survey will be responsible for preparing a clean dataset containing all key outcome indicators, accompanied by a comprehensive codebook and documentation of indicator construction, and short summary report with descriptive results on key indicators (basic demographic characteristics of households and children, child labour and education status), a description of the methodology followed, and additional observations during data collection.

Deliverables
The consultant will be responsible for providing the following deliverables:
- Sampling of households within communities (based on information on baseline communities provided by ICI)
- Approved workplan and schedule, including training plan
- A clean dataset containing all key outcome indicators collected from the 2100 households and 42 communities, accompanied by a comprehensive codebook and documentation of indicator construction; each of the 3 data sets data must contain unique identifier codes for households and communities, so that children can be matched to households and households can be matched to communities
- A short summary report with descriptive results on key indicators (basic demographic characteristics of households and children, child labour and education status), a description of the methodology followed, and additional observations during data collection
