CONSTRUCTION OF 1 NO. 3 UNIT CLASSROOM BLOCK WITH ANCILLARY FACILITY INCLUDING 4-SEATER KVIP AT AKWETEYKROM IN ASSIN SOUTH DISTRICT
The INTERNATIONAL COCOA INITIATIVE (ICI), a non-profit foundation that promotes child protection and elimination of child labour in cocoa growing communities has received funding from Toms Group A/S and intends to apply to fund payments of contract for the procurement of works of 1 No.3-unit classroom block with ancillary facility at Akweteykrom in Assin South district. ICI in collaboration with Nyankopa, a Barry Callebaut License Buying Company therefore invites eligible contractors to submit a Sealed Technical Bids and Price Quotation as follows:

The price schedule/price quotation of the projects may be obtained at the ICI office in Accra during working hours from Tuesday 10th May to Tuesday 24th May 2022. The potential bidders are required to produce the following alongside their technical bid and price quotation:
- Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Registration Certificate
- Valid Registrar General’s Certificate
- Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
- Detail work plan to commence and complete the project
The bidding will be conducted through the procedures specified in the ICI Procurement Policy. The technical bid and price quotations must be expressed in English and Ghana Cedis (GH¢) as official language and currency respectively.
