  • ECLIC

    Caroll Miloky joined ICI in January 2016. Caroll is of Cameroonian nationality and is a trained psychologist, specialising in child development. She has 12 years of experience in programme development, child protection and the alternative care of children without parental support. Before joining ICI, Caroll worked as Regional Director for Programme Development at SOS Villages d'Enfants International.

    Achille Irié Bi, joined ICI in October 2016 as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the ECLIC project. Achille is a specialist in Monitoring and Evaluation, with over 9 years of professional experience, both in Côte d'Ivoire and in sub-Saharan African countries, in emergency and development contexts. He was familiar with the main evaluation methods and data collection tools.

    Donatien joined ICI in March 2012. An Ivorian national, Donatien is a sociologist by training with ten years of experience in community development. Prior to joining ICI, he worked at Caritas as Coordinator of Project against the worst forms of child labour between 2006 and 2012.

    Juriste de formation, Yao Koffi Michel a été consultant en charge des formations sur le foncier rural auprès du Conseil danois pour les réfugiés. Il a par ailleurs travaillé à l’Organisation Internationale pour les Migrations en qualité d’agent de terrain. Il a intégré la Fondation ICI en mai 2013.

    Hervé holds a Masters (DEA) in Management Science with proven experience in education, specifically in management committees, development of training modules, training of teachers, management of literacy classes, support for the establishment of community schools and bridging classes. Before joining ICI, he worked in various positions and was responsible for education, training and monitoring and evaluation of training activities.

    Atta Kouassi Akora, joined ICI in October 2016 as an AGR Assistant for the ECLIC project. Akora is an engineer of agricultural techniques, graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute Houphouët Boigny. Prior to joining ICI, he worked at Anader as Project Manager, in charge of Community Development.

    Franck hold a Bachelor's Degree in accounting and has proven expertise in administrative, financial and accounting. Before joining ICI, he worked for the ILO, EDGATE Mining Service and the Embassy of Côte d'Ivoire.

  • Main Office

    Allatin Ernest Brou is the Deputy Coordinator of ICI – Côte d’Ivoire. He is a senior Agro economist engineer with over 18 years experience in agricultural and rural development. Allatin joined ICI in 2012 to lead the implementation of Child Labor Monitoring and Remediation System. His present work aims at protecting children of cocoa communities through the delivery of improved community package. He served as Regional Delegate, Head of Monitoring & Evaluation, Projects and studies Manager, Operations Manager for FDPCC - Cocoa Board.

    Nestor est le Responsable Administratif et Financier de la Fondation ICI qu’il a rejoint le 1er janvier 2014. Avant de rejoindre ICI, Nestor a passé 23 ans au Bureau National d’Etudes Technique et de Développement (BNETD), come chargé d’études financières, trésorier, puis chef de service Administratif et Finances.

    Roselyne joined ICI in April 2015. An Ivorian journalist by training, she has extensive experience in the media and the collection, processing and dissemination of information. Roselyne worked at the Information Centre and Governmental Communication (CICG) in Côte d’Ivoire. She was Assistant Director of Communication and Public Relations at the Ministry of Agriculture of Côte d'Ivoire.

    Rodrigue a rejoint ICI en Septembre 2016. Ivoirien, juriste et RH de formation, il a une longue expérience dans l’administration et le développement du capital humain. Rodrigue a travaillé à la SIVOP, au cabinet OBJECTIF RH et à VALSCH CONSULTING en Côte d’Ivoire. IL était Assistant ressources humaines à VALSCH CONSULTING en Côte d’Ivoire.

    After ten years of experience as an information systems assistant at the Office of the Prime Minister of Côte d'Ivoire, Boni worked as a database coordinator at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture and as a system analyst for the Olam group. He joined ICI to lead innovation projects concerning information and communication technologies. An initiator and coordinator of various important projects in his former positions, his passions are (geographic) information systems and business intelligence.

    Maxime joined ICI in April 2015. He is Ivorian and holds an engineering degree from the National School of Statistics and Applied Economics in Abidjan. He has over ten years of experience in monitoring and evaluating development projects. He worked for eight years as an expert in statistics and economic analysis.

    Frédéric joined ICI in 2012. He is an Ivorian national and a sociologist by training, with experience in organisational sociology, political sociology and social change. He also worked as a trainer of police officers in the fight against Transnational Organised Crime at the Regional Training Centre for the Fight against Drugs in Grand-Bassam.

    Hortense Beugré joined ICI in June 2014. An Ivorian national, Hortense is an economist by training. She worked at the National Agency for Rural Development Support of Côte d’Ivoire for 15 years and held several positions.

    Guillaume joined ICI in June 2014. An Ivorian national, he holds a Masters degree in Management Sciences. He completed an internship at SIB and served in various small and medium enterprises. More recently, he was director of COOPACA, a cocoa cooperative society based in eastern Ivory Coast.

    Jonathan Dan Veh has been working at ICI since 10 October 2016. He has worked at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) for eight years on various programs, Child and Youth Protection Program (CYPD) / EMOC Program / HIV Program / GBV Program as Program Officer and Save The Children for 5 years on Vulnerable Children's Care / Support Programs / HIV Program Officer and Child Protection Officer and has a Master's Degree in Development Studies.

    Hortense est comptable de formation avec 8 ans d’expériences. Elle a rejoint ICI en août 2010. Avant de rejoindre ICI, Hortense a exercé à la Polyclinique Internationale de l’Indénié à Abidjan. Elle a aussi travaillé avec l’ONG CERAR.

    Comptable de formation avec 10 ans d’expérience dans une entreprise de gestion immobilière, Gertrude a rejoint ICI en 2015. Elle est spécialisée dans la gestion de paie. Elle a aussi exercé comme Secrétaire – Comptable.

    Jean Martial est comptable de formation avec 6 ans d’expérience. Il a exercé à Orange et Olam dans ce secteur d’activités. Il a rejoint ICI en Juin 2015. A Olam, Jean Martial a travaillé au Département Fournisseurs en tant que comptable fournisseurs. A Orange, il a travaillé au Département Trésorerie de Côte d’Ivoire Télécom.

    Logisticien de formation avec 15 ans d’expérience, Jean Bosco est titulaire d’une Licence professionnelle en logistique et transport et Technicien supérieur en transit et douane. Il maîtrise les procédures logistiques humanitaires en matière de gestion de la chaine d’approvisionnement, des transports, des stocks et des équipements. Il a des connaissances en gestion de la sécurité en contexte d’urgence. Il a rejoint ICI en Janvier 2017 en tant qu’Assistant logistique.

    Marie Flore joined ICI in May 2013. Of Ivorian nationality, she is a lawyer by training. Marie Flore has extensive experience in child labour and community development. She also has experience in the humanitarian field specifically from Save the Children International, where she was worked in child protection and education programme.

    Trained as Secretary Executive Assistant at the Higher National Institute of Technical Education (INSET) Yamoussoukro since 1996, Gina joined the ICI team in August 2015. She has worked in several organisations, including 13 years at the Aries, Regional Council. She has more than 15 years of professional experience.

    Likaney Gbétibouo joined ICI in 2015 and is an Ivorian national with experience in the development of web-orientated applications and database administration. Likaney also worked as a regional IT assistant for the National Agency for Rural Development Support (ANADER) in Côte d’Ivoire.

    Benjamin Kambou joined ICI in January 2015. An Ivorian national, Benjamin has over three years experience in computer application development and user support. More recently, he worked as a Mobile Application Developer at Olam Cocoa.

    Alexis joined ICI at the beginning of May 2015. An Ivorian national, he has training in software engineering and has worked as an Analyst-Application Developer for the district of Abidjan in Côte d’Ivoire.

    Jean Baptiste a rejoint la fondation ICI en 2017. De nationalité ivoirienne et titulaire d’un diplôme en développement d’applications, Jean Baptiste a effectué plusieurs stages dans différents secteurs d’activités dont le secteur du pétrole, le secteur des télécoms et le secteur bancaire ivoirien.

    Ulrich Koffi holds a BTS in Corporate Communication and a Master 1 in Human Resources Management. He has been an office agent at ICI since 2014. Prior to ICI, Ulrich practiced as a salesperson in an alcohol distribution company and conducted several internships in private structures.

    Hilaire a rejoint ICI en tant que chauffeur en 2012. Avant de rejoindre ICI, il a travaillé pour des particuliers comme chauffeur mécanicien auto. Il est spécialiste en mécanique auto.

  • Regional Offices

    Jérôme joined the ICI team on the first of April 2015. An Ivorian national, he specialises in plant and animal production. He worked in Ivorian state structures (the Society for the Development of the oil palm industry from 1987 to 1989, the Ivorian company Vivriers Product Development from 1989 to 1993 and the National Agency for Rural Development Support form 1997 to 2000).
    He has knowledge of agricultural entrepreneurship, gender and rural development, and the fight against HIV.

    Pierre joined ICI in November 2012 as a support agent. He is an Ivorian national with experience in administration management. Pierre has also supervised various child welfare projects against child labour, implemented by the sub-regional Organisation Africa Aid and Assistance.

    Ama Christiane joined ICI's national office in Côte d’Ivoire in December 2015. An Ivorian national, she holds a financial engineering degree. Christiane worked for Côte d’Ivoire's National Agency of Rural Development Support (ANADER) before joining ICI.

    Gbalé joined ICI as a Regional Manager in November, 2015. From August 2011 to July 2014 he was ICI's Head of Core Programme in Côte d’Ivoire. He has proven experience in child protection, education, community development and conducting projects on human rights. He previously worked for Africa Aid, the Ivorian League of Human Rights and the African Organization for Human Rights.

    Kamenan joined ICI in June 2014. An Ivorian national, he holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Communication. After an internship at the Ivorian Company for Textile Development (CIDT), Leonce occupied the post of Group Administrator, Trainer of Trainer at the Agricultural Cooperative of Grand Béréby (CAGB), and the Cooperative Associated producers Agnéby (COOPAA) in the multiple certification project of Barry Callebaut/ SACO.

    Théodore joined ICI in November 2015. He holds a Masters in Sociology and a BA in communication. From October 2008 to October 2015 he held the post of Coordinator. Project Manager and Trainer on various projects against child labour in the cocoa industry. Conducting field activities enabled him to acquire a community experience. Recently, he obtained a certificate of competence in project monitoring and evaluation.
